Automation Tester - Web Accessibility (Luxembourg)

Description
We are seeking an Automation Tester with proven experience in web accessibility compliance for a European Union Institution based in Luxembourg.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in automation testing
- ISTQB certification
- Practical experience with Selenium in DevOps/DevSecOps environments (Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#/.NET)
- Proven experience analyzing and testing web applications for accessibility compliance, including the use of assistive technologies (e.g. screen readers, screen magnifiers, keyboard-only navigation)-Practical experience with accessibility testing tools (e.g. Accessibility Insights for Web, Google Lighthouse, SiteImprove or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 (Levels A and AA) and EN 301 549
- Familiarity with Agile, DevSecOps, ITIL, Prince2, PMI, RUP or similar frameworks-Familiarity with OpenText ALM/Octane, UFT One, Jira/ServiceNow, SoapUI, Confluence, xWiki, VBScript, XML is a plus
- Mobile and OS compatibility testing experience is a plus
- Accessibility certification (e.g. IAAP WAS or equivalent) is a plus
- Strong written and verbal reporting skills
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Very good English (B2 or higher)
- Very good French (B2 or higher)

WORK CONDITIONS
- Employment Type: This full-time, long-term role is available to EU citizens and offered exclusively to freelancers. If required, we provide support in establishing your freelance setup.
- Location: This is an on-site position in Luxembourg. Candidates currently based in other EU countries will be required to relocate. Relocation costs are not covered.
- Compensation: approx. €350 daily rate.
- Working Days: Aligned with the standard work schedule in Luxembourg.
