Description
We are seeking a mid-level Business Analyst for a European Union Institution with a focus on investment and financial operations, based in Luxembourg.

- Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis and/or requirements engineering
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills
- Ability to translate stakeholder needs into functional specifications and acceptance criteria
- Familiarity with software testing activities, including test case preparation and execution
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira)
- Excellent English (C1 level or higher)
- PMO experience is a strong plus
- Business Analysis certification (e.g. CBAP) is a plus
- Background in financial services is a plus

WORK CONDITIONS
- Employment Type: This full-time, long-term role is available to EU citizens (or individuals with a valid EU work permit) and offered exclusively to independent contractors. If required, we provide support in establishing your freelance setup.
- Location: This is an on-site position in Luxembourg. Candidates currently based in other EU countries will be required to relocate. Relocation costs are not covered.
- Compensation: approx. €450 daily rate.
- Working Days: Aligned with the standard work schedule in Luxembourg.
