Identity and Access Management Engineer

Description
We are seeking an Identity and Access Management Engineer to support an EU agency responsible for external border management and border security support. The role is primarily remote, with approximately 30 working days required on-site in Warsaw, Poland, scheduled flexibly throughout the year.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT experience, with 4 years in a similar role
- Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Entra ID, including tenant settings, identity objects, MFA, Conditional
- Access, and access configurations
- Strong knowledge of IAM, identity lifecycle, access administration, JML workflows, and IAM process design across AD, Entra ID, MIM-connected services, and related platforms
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting SSO/federation integrations using SAML v2, WS-Fed, WS-*, OAuth, certificates, metadata, and claims mapping
- Experience with Active Directory, ADFS, LDAP, Microsoft Identity Manager, Entra ID, and Azure MFA
- Experience with Unique ID setup or identity standardization in large organizations
- Experience working within ITIL-based ticketing processes for incidents, changes, configuration, and releases
- Strong documentation skills, including runbooks, SOPs, audit evidence, and handover materials
- Relevant certifications preferred, especially Microsoft and SailPoint; ServiceNow is a plus
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Very good English (B2 or higher)

- Location: Mostly remote, with occasional business travel to the agency's offices in Warsaw, Poland.
