Description
We are seeking a mid-level Manual QA Tester to support the testing of AI applications for a major enterprise organization.
The role focuses on preparing test plans and test cases, executing manual tests, designing testing scenarios for AI-driven systems, assessing response quality and workflow behavior, identifying gaps, inconsistencies, hallucinations, failure patterns, and managing defects.ure patterns.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in manual software testing
- Experience designing test cases, scenarios, and testing methodologies
- Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing coordination and support
- Understanding of common LLM limitations, including hallucinations, inconsistent outputs, and context loss
- Ability to assess the quality, relevance, and consistency of AI-generated responses
- Previous experience with AI applications, chatbots, virtual assistants, Agentic AI systems, or LLM-based applications is a strong plus
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Good client-facing communication skills
