Description
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a European Union Institution based in Bratislava.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in business analysis
- Experience developing requirements and managing projects across the entire software development lifecycle
- Practical knowledge of AI tools
- PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA®) or IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) is a plus
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification is a strong plus
- Degree in Business Development, Computer Science, or related field
- Excellent English

WORK CONDITIONS
- Employment Type: We welcome both freelancers and employees (but won't consider subcontracting agencies). This is a full-time, long-term position for EU citizens.
- Location: This is an on-site position in Bratislava. Candidates currently based in other EU countries will be required to relocate. Relocation costs are not covered.
- Compensation: €300–€350 daily rate, depending on experience, with the higher rate applicable to candidates with more than 9 years of experience (or the equivalent for employees).
- Working Days: Aligned with the standard work schedule in Slovakia.
